Looks good.

Pick one direction with your page names and stick with it. I know you're using Bob's template so it might have already been this way. Right now you have almost all the pages in capitalized, get the rest (Report Settings->Section Colors & Print Order).

Your intro letter says Dear ,
Change that to Dear $ClientName1 and the program will automatically fill out the value of the clients name when you generate the report (added in 2.6.6.8)

Since your company name is so long, go with the other Header/Footer option under Report Settings->Options so you don't get the two lines on the bottom of each page. The format you're using only works with shorter names.

I would be more specific about this: I am not able to comment on the materials, type, flashing, drainage
or any other roof components.

Instead use: I am could not access the roof as it was locked so I can't comment on the materials, type, flashing, drainage
or any other roof components.

or: The roof area is not to be inspected per the contract due to the residence being in a hi-rise (make sure that's denoted in your contract).

Since you had so many sections in this report with only one comment, I would switch to print in continuous mode so you don't have the blank page look. The option is under Report Settings->Options->Print in continuous mode.

Otherwise, it looks good from what I skimmed over.
