Ah hah, that's why I had that problem with one specific tab when I first populated my template. The update must explain why it hasn't happened again when I have renovated sections. Neat! |

Yeah it was something I never considered people doing, then found out it was happening quite a bit. In the latest versions it's not allowed. The program internally stores names by PageName+PanelName so if you had two damage panels with the same name they get linked as they have the same internal name. When you copy the page it recreates the panels which fixes the issue as long as you've renamed them. Now it just can't happen any more as we check for it.

When I take on projects such as formatting my report software from scratch, I often prove to be an indecisive clutz, making it necessary to regularly redo tabs and reorganize items. :-[ Thankfully with HIP, the said flaws didn't set me back too much nor discouraged me from populating the software with narratives. ;D

Lol, glad to hear that. That latest version has a ton of new narratives that we combined from other inspectors who'd shared theirs. Plus there's so many templates here you can download or look at for good ideas.
