If the center wall is, in fact, a bearing wall, there should be a footer under the concrete slab.
Hard for us to tell unless the pads are cut independant of the slab. If it's new construction, the foundation design should be readily availible. |

Yes the center wall has to be a bearing wall. At the widest point it is about 35 feet. Typical floating slab no way to see the footings.
I checked around and found out many new homes are being built like this now. I don't see a lot of new homes so this was my first without beam and posts. Thank you all Have a blessed day! |
