I am posting this here in Structural as opposed to Exterior, as I feel it is more of a structural concern/issue.

I suggest you all read it carefully, as it is gonna get real fun inspecting these!!!

I always enjoy getting a heads up on new changes, as every County and City do their own thing. Those of you who only work in one or two Counties have it easy. I consistantly work in 12+. So even if this doesn't happen for 2-4 years... I am ahead of the game, instead of trying to play catch-up! Helps me to do what is in my clients best interests. Cheers!
