Can the house be salvaged without infecting the new occupants with something exotic? There was some possible microbial contamination on the wood. The GC probably told them to use the portapodies, but I doubt someone didn't have the urge to use the in house... like the GC...

In my experience, construction workers will use a toilet whether it's hooked up or not. I refused to set them until the last minute. How many inspections have you done where the water was off, the toilet marked as "Do Not Use" and found it full of crap? I find them all the time.

Davin, that's crazy. That's the perfect thing to stick on your website as a blog. 'During a routine home inspection on a NEW HOME, look what I found!!' That will get people to book inspections!
