That is a good find Davin and well worth showing to all, it shows how important to have an inspection to the common laymen.
It reminds me of an incident many moons ago when I was inspecting an attic of a building is was working on and noticed a box of nails under dim light and put my hand in it only to find out that whoever was in the attic did not have time to make it to the outhouse. ;D

Thank god it was frozen. ;D
