TOPIC: Power vent H2O heater

Power vent H2O heater 14 years 9 months ago #28047

Inspected an AO Smith (2004) power vent water heater.  Vented w/ PVC...can you make 90 degree turns with that?  It disappears into a finished ceiling area and looks like it takes a hard right and comes out the side of the house.

Yep, and when the power goes out, no hot water.  Those units are equipped with an oxygen safety shut of switch.
