TOPIC: AB 717 Amended today.

Home Inspectors are to be licensed by the Contractors' State License Board. I guess for more money.

It looks like they crossed out a ton in the amendment. Interesting.

Not sure how to read this, the "Bill History" on 1/31 says it Died per Article IV, SEC 10(a).
And on "Today's Law as Amended" per Section 7196.2 it was added.

It does not mention an effective date, nor any mention on the CSLB website, time will tell.
