TOPIC: InterNACHI narratives

New guy here. Just getting started doing home inspections. During my classwork, we talked quite a bit about narratives. Having downloaded the HIP software, the included narratives in the stock templates are different verbiage that what was discussed during class and I know how narratives are worded can imply a meaning different that what was intended so, that leads to my question. Are you guys using your own narratives or are you using narratives obtained from other resources? I have been looking at the InterNACHI narratives that can be purchased for $129, thoughts?

The nachi narratives are a good start.  I think as you work with them though you will modify the nachi narratives, add your own, and borrow others from the boards.  And delete the ones you don't use.
