TOPIC: Great thought on report writing

Been using the same comfortable template for years now however my report time has not gone down and actually is increasing.
Many times the solution seems to be fine tuning it, however when going into that mode it is hard to focus on making the great changes I thought of while actually in the middle of a report.The reason
for this may be because during a report I've not wanted to interrupt my flow and add notes to review later on how I can make changes for better efficiency.
The best time to make changes or notes for changes is right when you think of them but perhaps that is not always a good idea.
