I lost a second inspection last night because I could not acommadate to the schedule of the client. Passed it on to another Inachi Member that I used to do water and sewer and did not even get a thank you.

I've run into that myself over the years. Thank G-d that Casey and I have developed a great working relationship. Even though we have overlapping service areas, and are competitors, we actually complement each others business. Vacations or time off, no worries, we have each others back. It is a great relief to know that I can recommend someone who will treat my clients as well as I do, and vice versa! 

I remain optimistic that it might get better and work both ways too.
He does it for a living and I for part time. So with the few work we have around here, he might keep it all for himself. I don't know.
