Does anyone subscribe to Joe Ferry's BLOG, the home inspection Lawyer? He's one of the good ones!

I find it very informative and I believe we can all learn something from him.

I hope this is OKAY to post this her Dom. If not slap me on the wrist and ban me from the boards for a week.
