I agree.  This guy is pretty tech savvy, he just hate to have to "register" for anything. I explained that he has access to everything for years.  Anyway, he has access if he has the report direct as well.  I'll continue to use it for now. Maybe others will have other feedback. This was just the first.  I'll pitch the long term access point ahead of time.  I was just not aware or I would have given him the heads up.

Let them know they also can see the clients addresses, email, name, etc (good database for them).

You can always email them the report directly, you just lose that verification that they opened the report. For legal reasons we make sure they have to log in as many states do not allow direct access to report for agents and this helps prove they had permission.

Teach them.

It's about security.
It's about them getting access to their reports in one place all the time.

If you have a dud, send the report to the client. You will get an email with a link. Copy and send the dud the link and they can access the report on your web site!!
