Hell, we are even told what has to be in the contract by law. Can't do a contract outside of the SOP if the inspection fits the States definition of a home inspection. If she had not signed a lease then I could do whatever I wanted.

You may be correct, but I do not see the provision that you're speaking of. Can you point me to it?

Laws are written so the client doesn't get dooped into paying for a service "unknowing" what they should be getting (like not getting an inspection agreement or report).

If you put it in writing, your excused from the licencing requirements in most, if not all cases.

I have read it many times. I think the issues is interpretation of the law. I interpret it differently than Bob may interpret the law. I see the clause he is referring to about being able to offer other services. But, the fact is that she signed a lease, that creates a real estate transaction, thus I would be performing a home inspection if I were to comment or look at 2 or more systems.
