TOPIC: Remove photo instructions on desktop

I'm running v6.8.4 and in the Photos section there are instructions on the photo drop-down boxes, print locations, captions, and Summary box located beneath the tab numbers. This causes all the photo options/displays to be shifted down which means I have to scroll in each photo to use all the functions. Is there any way to remove this block of instructions? I would think each of these entries would be located in a "Help" button instead of taking up real estate in the photo section. Thanks in advance for any help. - Tony
