TOPIC: HIP saving multiple inspection files

After a recent update I have notice that HIP is saving the report file multiple times with additional .hzf files. Is anyone else having this issue. I have attached an image to illustrate. I am using a Mac. that may have something to do with it. The report seems to generate alright but the file name is getting long with all the hzf attached to the file name.
