I have a Galaxy Note20 Ultra (which replaced the Google Pixel 3XL) that I really do love for inspections. It has 3 different camera lens and the one I like is the wide-angle lens that will let me capture most of any area without taking so many pictures. This comes in VERY handy when taking pictures of the interior rooms etc. Close ups are a breeze as well. This camera is nearly the best if not the best phone camera available. The screen is large enough and can still fit in your hip pocket without any problems. When doing an inspection, I have a separate pouch/pocket (along with my other pouches) that I put on my tool belt for my phone, and it makes it very convenient to put in a remove as needed especially when 2 hands are needed. These phones are supposedly waterproof and come with a stylist. Of course, make sure you get a protective cover.
