TOPIC: HIP 6 Upgrade Question

Hi,

I currently have HIP 5. Does the HIP 6 UPGRADE sale at $174 upgrade my HIP 5 version to the latest HIP 6 version without purchasing anything else?

Yes, that's correct. If you bought HIP 5 in 2021 then the upgrade is also free.

I purchased HIP 5 at the InterNACHI show in Atlantic City, NJ a couple years ago. Will the HIP6 upgrade work with my prior purchase which was in 2018?

We have items coded in blue in HIP 6. If we change them to black and move them into the red section they still stay black. Same thing happens if we leave them blue and move them to the red section. it stays blue. is this a known glitch.
