TOPIC: Thermal Imaging Pictures

I searched the message boards and cant find an answer to this. I take thermal pictures and put them in a file on my computer. I go to HIP report and click on the add photo button, go to the file where I put the thermal photo and its not there. Not sure if this is a HIP issue or a Fluke issue. I was able to do it on my old laptop by moving the photo from One Drive to the file for that inspection but on this one it doesn't work. I realize this is not a software question but if anyone else has had this problem and solved it I would appreciate some help. Im contacting Fluke as well. HP laptop, same as the other one, only not broken. Thank You.

Check the file extension.
