TOPIC: Transferring photos to my laptop

Hi I have been using the mobile HIP for a long time now with my Samsung and it worked great. I just got a Huawei Pro and now I cannot get the photos from the app to my phots albums on the phone or the computer. With the Samsung the photos were in the report as well as on my phone but now they aren't. Is there a way, either on the phone or on the computer to get the photos from the report to a file to save. I have checked every setting in HIP and every setting on my phone. Any help would be appreciated. I like to have a copy of the photos so I can take a closer look if I need to later. Thanks.
