TOPIC: Cursor display

While editing comments in the desktop software, sometimes the cursor isn't where it appears to be. Example: I'll click between two words, the cursor blinks and appears there, but if I start to type or want to delete text, it's actually located 5-6 characters to the left.

I don't have this issue when adding captions to photos, it's only in the inspection notes area. It's frustrating and time consuming having to arrow key over every time and finding the right area. My screen resolution is 3840 x 2160.

Paul, what wbrsion of HIP are you running? Check under the About menu.

Are you on a Mac or PC?

Barry - I'm on a PC running windows 10

Paul, update to 5.6 on our site and see if it helps. If not, call the office as you could have a resolution issue going on with the computer.
