TOPIC: HIP Mobile Image Quality

Hello -

I am trying HIP Mobile for first time. Im noticing diminished quality of photos. How do I get best quality/resolution? Im using iPhone 8 plus.

I appreciate any info and advice I can get. Thanks so much>

Hey Scott:

In the app, if you go to the bottom right and click on the settings button, scroll down and there's a "default photo quality" option. Turn that up to 5 for the highest quality.

If you're in the desktop software, go to report settings/options and click on the picture editing tab, you can increase it there as well.
