TOPIC: not working

just signed up for the trial version along with the cloud and I cant upload templates because it keeps telling me user name and PW dont match. How do I find the cloud username and password?

For fastest response time please give us a call or click Help Desk at the top of the site. The forums are a great place for user to user conversations but aren't monitored all day for quick support.

It doesn't sound like you've signed up for the Cloud Service yet. Click on Cloud Service along the top of the site and click the link to sign up for a month free.

oh but I did and paid my 0.01 and when I did that you didn't send me my temp license. That was finally rectified yesterday afternoon.
