TOPIC: HIP Mobile 5.4 issues...

When editing photos or adding captions from the summary page: after editing a photo, captions that I've entered for that photo will disappear or move to a different photo.

Also, I'm unable to add captions in the summary view to any of the photos in the Misc. category, which would be great if I could.

Captions in general do not seem to be saved from mobile to desktop... some edited captions will be reverted to a previous version when uploading the report. Makes it difficult to know if parts of the report that have been completed on mobile will be there on desktop.

The HIP camera is a great idea because I hated having to constantly click on the camera icon to take another photo, but... the HIP camera doesn't seem to have a flash, it uses the flashlight, which I find a little ineffective. And the volume buttons can't be used to click to take photos, which is something I prefer than touching the screen.

My battery seems to run out quickly as well (currently using iPhone 6s).

Yes, whenever I leave the app, ie use phone camera to take a pic or take a call or txt, HIP app will lose what ever I was working on and go back to main list. sometimes just turning off scree will do it

Recently I was at a school band concert and thought, I'll finish my entire report on my phone then not have any homework! I was really disappointed when I looked at the report on my computer and found that all the photo captions that I painstakingly entered had disappeared. I figured it was my phone (galaxy s5) since memory is very low. Now I think it must be the software! I paid plenty for this software and pay monthly so I can have the convenience of finishing reports in the field. Sure hope the bugs get worked out soon!

2. Battery goes down fast
3. Slow response
4. Software shuts down and I have to reopen.

I'm using 5.4 on my computer, and 5.2.57 on my mobile. The last 2 inspections I was taking miscellaneous pictures, and a large number of photos (the roof and gutters) disappeared. I'm not sure if they deleted or were never fully included. Any ideas why this would happen? I have not changed settings recently.
My battery also drops fast. Almost 80% usage in a 3 hour inspection. Using a new Samsung S8 Plus.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
