2. This is known and actually fixed in the Java 10 update. We had to make a changes as other items didn't work with the 64 bit only version of Java 10. That'll be released soon.

3. More than likely there's a small difference between the two. Possibly an extra space or something. Send me the merged template when you get a chance and a note on exactly where it's located.

I may have missed this in another post or something, but will the high-resolution version be released at some point?
