I updated HIP to the new version and finished yesterdays inspection reports this AM without issue. When I tried to start HIP later to make some template changes the program hung at the splash screen and I got the HIP loading error message. I closed all running applications, restarted my pc and tried again with the same result. Reverted back to ver 5.2.5 and HIP loads and runs without issue. I really liked the cleaner interface with my high res screen...
Anyone else seeing this issue? |

I also updated HIP to the new version yesterday. I performed one inspection yesterday using 5.4 and finished the report this morning with no problems. Later this morning, I tried to start HIP and got the same result as you, Alton. The program hung at the splash screen and eventually sent the loading error message. I have been in contact with Dominic about this issue. He is currently trying to find a fix.
