Try this once more... LOL - - I posted in the wrong area twice and can't figure out how to delete them.
HIP Mobile Beta - iOS - new iPad 5 - I did an inspection today and for the first time I took all the pictures with my iPad. Excited to upload the file for a quick review prior to sending the report to the Client I hit the Upload button on the mobile app, I got a warning about file size and a potentially lengthy upload, and hit "Yes" to upload anyway. 3 hours later and it still says; "Uploading". Tried restarting the app, tried restarting the iPad...still getting the same results. I didn't really take that many photos...maybe a couple dozen or so. ?? Any way to get the file off of the iPad? I told the Client they'd have their report tonight. |

Hi Barry,
It's best to use the Facebook HIP Beta group or the help desk for beta questions as they'll just confuse other guys here! Go to TestFlight and go to the revert option to revert back to 5.2.17. You'll be able to upload fine. The fix for your issue has already been posted to Apple but we're waiting on them to approve it. Basically really large files were having an issue zipping. |

I did as you said, then I get the attached error on the desktop side when trying to download.

It worked itself out, my home PC was able to download it.
I'll take future Beta conversations to the FB page as requested. Thanks Dominic. |
