I have no import option under the client tab to sync my client info from ISN? My info is filled in under settings for the ISN login. Any suggestions?

Hi Kevin,
Are you looking on Mobile or the Desktop? On the Desktop the option is under the Internet menu. On mobile it's under the Client Info tab. Make sure you're version of Mobile is up to date as well! |

I'm on mobile. The ISN login button is not responding. I even tried deleting the app and then downloaded it again from the app store. IPAD air2. I was chatting with Dan about it, and he had me try a few things, but nothing worked. It works fine from my Android phone.

Does your password have any special characters in it like & ~ @ , etc?
