TOPIC: Inspection Agreements

I am looking for a new inspection agreement for my reports. I am an inspector in South Florida.
I am new to using computer generated reports. I was using the AHIT hand written reports and as there inspection agreement is OK I have been told there are items that are missing thar should be included so I am looking for ideas.

Welcome to the board and becoming a HIPPIE I moved your post over here as the place you had posted it is really meant for agents to post questions in (though it's not getting used, they just get their reports and move on for the most part).

If you click on Contract within the program you'll see a good contract to get started with. We have a disclaimer on there as obviously every state (or country, we have people using the program in 10) is different so you have to customize it or rewrite it to your needs.

I'm sure some of the guys on here will post some of their contracts as well. Florida is one of the states with the most HIP users too.
