I thought I saw a post on deleting our old reports that are not in the Clients Folder inside the Programs folder. It's getting a little crowded and need to clean it out. Any help appreciated.

Dan, are you running windows vista? Did you check Client Data and Client Reports folder?
If you're still running the demo in Vista, and never right clicked on the program, clicked properties, comparability and run as administrator then Vista throws your files in a secret place. To find this go to C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Home Inspector Pro\Client Data Note that above the App Data folder is hidden so you need to type the name in manually. If you go back to the Program Files folder you will find that Vista has put a LOT of your programs in here. Let me know if you need help with this and I can show you remotely. |

Great! Good for you. It's not easy to find Vista's top secret Virtual store. In fact when Vista came out and the first guy told me he saw his inspection files in the program, but not when using explorer, I thought he was nuts! It wasn't until I did quite a bit a research did I find out that Vista's User Account Control likes to play hide and seek.
