TOPIC: Auto insert of TRR

Auto insert of TRR 14 years 5 months ago #24955

I haven't chatted w/ Dom about this yet, but I thought I'd fly it here and see what I gather...  I had a conversation w/ a Realtor a couple of weeks ago regarding an inspector she uses here whose reports include an auto-complete feature on the TRR.  Spoke with a Realtor last night who complained about the time it takes to input this info into her contract and wondered if it is possible to accomplish this through HIP...  Thoughts, ideas?  Cuss and discuss.  Thanks in advance for the sage advice that I continually glean from this wonderful community.

Not sure what TRR is? Are you saying the inspector is exporting client info for the Realtor to import into their database? Wouldn't the Realtor have the info, long before the inspector?

TRR=Treatments, Repairs, Replacements.  Apparently these are transferred from his inspection report into the PDF of the OK contract.

I've never heard of such a thing. I've never seen agents that had a standard contract nor heard of any program transferring data directly into one. Especially since it's up to the client on what they want ask for. Definitely an interesting idea but I'd need to know more. If anything it sounds like the program is creating the agents contract for them. Anyone else heard of this?
