TOPIC: File saving to MS word format?

Is the software can be saved MS word format?
If later? when?

No , the software writes directly to PDF format in an encrypted format so that your client can not change the document. Word cannot handle all the border, photo editing and file encryption we have and is a poor program to use for inspections. Send your client a Word file and they can edit it and take you to court later and sue you over changes they made.

Question is why do you want it in word format?

To add different font effects or what ever you can always add a Document.

Sometimes I need more datail or need customization for my report. For that reason, I need MS Word format or any other direct handling file format.

You should be able to do anything directly within the software font-wise. Look at Report Settings->Formatting and Report Settings->Section Colors & Ordering.  There are a LOT of options you can change around.
