TOPIC: How do you print all comments (or)select all without needing to highight them

I am trying to print out all my comments out onto PDF so I can copy them to one of my software programs.
No not another Report Software (HIP is the best)

When I hit Item options tab and check (print all item comments checked or not),I only get Item tabs but not the comments .

I need to do this because if you try to copy /paste you get a message that the print is program specific.

I am able to copy paste into the program but not visa versa.

So question is how do I select all comments to print or generate on to a PDF.?

Hit CTRL-A in any section to highlight all comments.

There's no way in the program to automatically select all comments in all sections as there's no practical use for it in the program and it would create a report that's hundreds of pages.

Except now I need to hit ctrl-A hundreds of times. hahaha

Is there a way to copy comments off the program any other way Dom?

I want to cherry pick all the good ones to store in my Active words program rather than hunt peck.

Hope I do not confuse the fellow Hippies.

AW can be used as a  text substitute program to keep it simple guys.
Also is used to open web sites and software ,docs etc,..with a few keystrokes.

Dom I feel I can experiment with my templates much quicker once AW is loaded ,though I have  a quite a few good comments stored already.

Not really in any way you want. It shouldn't take you more than 30 minutes, run through the whole thing hitting ctrl-a and move to black. Make sure you save the inspection, hehe.
