TOPIC: Ratings Question

Is is possible to have another box in the ratings? I would l like to have a maintance box.

The max is 5. Any more starts to cram the rest of the data to the right. You can rename what you have though under Report Settings->Ratings. Many guys have maintenance and have just removed one of the other boxes and use a narrative instead.

Okay, I have made 5 work. Now I just have a few more little tweeks.

Can I reduce the font size of the headers and footers?

The page numbers are coming out in 2 colors "Page 2 of " is in black "19" is in blue.

Can I change the Font  and size of "Report Summary"

I really like how flexible this software is.

I'm glad you're liking the program, it sounds like you've been exploring all the flexibility as you've found the only few things we have left to finish up! The header of the company name and report title on the cover can be changed under Report Settings->Formatting. The header/footer on the other pages can have their color changed on the Report Settings->Section Colors & Print Order but the font size can't be adjust yet. There's an issues with the page numbering where the 2nd number is drawn after the entire report is generated (so we know how many pages are created) and we go back and insert the number. So it's taking on the last color used. If you have all the borders the same it's not a problem, otherwise you get what you have. We should have that fixed in the next version, you can also switch to the alternative header/footer format for now under Report Settings->Options which does not have that problem.

Report Summary font size is on our to-do for the next release as well.

I have been trying to figure out how to place the x in the rating box but i dont see the boxes unless the report has been generated. where is this option? thanks!

To the left of every section within the program. Click Edit Comments to toggle it on and off.
