TOPIC: Uploading a Logo file

I need some assistance uploading a logo file.  I created a file using Paint.  HIP requires that the file be either JPEG, PNG, or GIF.  When I saved the file, I saved as a copy of all 3, but none will load.  I continue to get the message that it is in the wrong format.  What do I need to do to get the right format?

Last time I saw, paint doesn't save png files so maybe you're just adding the file extension on? Go ahead and email me the png and as a bmp so I can look at the file.
