Just installed the latest updates and seems to work fine on the main computers/ but my tablet when booting to hip shows a message launch 4j / contact support hip/ am i missing something/ also if i want to transfer an inspection from the tablet, what is the cut paste procedure so i can print from the main computer / thanks

Hi Mike,

You probably do not have Java installed on the tablet. Go to www.java.com and download and install Java. Then run HIP.

As far as transferring an inspection, just go to My Computer, C, Program Files, Home Inspector Pro, Client Data and copy the inspection file to your thumbdrive or a cd. Then paste it into the same location on the other computer. Templates work the same way but are in the Data folder.

This is Dom's initial response to all HIP support issues.  It hides his true self.  Even after you turn Java on, it will happen again and again.  It has nothing to do with Java.  It is a cookie issue.  Nope, not what your'e thinking.  Nothing to do with your computer.  Once you buy the HIP software, in order to get the correct support response, you must send a batch of cookies to Dom.  It is what helps him stay up late at night and write code...... and eventually give the correct answers.  The more cookies you send, the better the support. 

Chocolate chip cookies are preferred!!

Oh yeah!  What kinda cookies?  Home made or store bought?  Milk or not?  lol
