If I had the "option" to send the same link to the Agent as the client?
I don't know because I don't understand the process yet. We need security and such, but if you ask an Agent to cross a "t" or dot and "i"... |

You could send a link to an agent that just gives them the ability to see one report. But if you want them to see all the reports you've done for them they have to log in for the security reasons mentioned above.
I'm guessing your saying that for the agent you have a problem with you'd like to send them a direct link like the client? |

Yes.
I can upload the report to my site and she can get it there as I used to do before. |

Here is how I usually handle these few problems. I tell the Realtor I will contact my IT guy about the problem. I email them the report from my end. I get their problem fixed. I then email them the correct log-in information. That way I am removing their frustration at that moment.
Only thing I would suggest is to make it more obvious on how to log in. Its been a while since I've messed with this but their email should take them to a page that has nothing on it but log-in stuff. That way, they don't get lost of confused on a page with tons of extra stuff on it and then have to hunt and find what is right in front of them. (I've done that a few time on sites) ;D |

The link in the email takes them directly to the real estate registration page. Some of them click off it before filling it all out.

Most agents I deal with do not like the upload service.
Here are examples of today. First time agent can not upload as it says it does not recognize her password login. So I have to spend 5 minutes sending a PDF. Today's report I could not upload because there was an issue on HIP end. Dom has to reset or something when so many reports are uploaded. I had to spend 15 minutes uploading. I think I have had one agent that liked it but never stated that. New agent for me that liked my work and report. The only thing I like about the upload is I can see when the client views report. What I do now is upload to client and PDF to agent. But it is double work. I personally hate the upload service. I like HIP and love Dominic but the upload service is not for me. Or for the 50 or so agents I deal with. If Dominic could only hear what they say and it is not good. |
