Yeah for some reason Dave you've not had good luck in your area. But you're the only inspector that has ever mentioned having so many problems with agents. But in the few cases we saw it was the same problem, the agents gave you a different email address or they didn't click the confirm button upon registration (I think this is where the system can be improved, the extra click is to much for a few of them).

I asked her if she used the same email and she said yes. I think my agents need a huge Bullseye that says open report here.

It really has been a very negative aspect of my business. It costs me time, agents get frustrated and ultimetly I lose.

Whats her last name and I'll look her up and see if she registered and if she used the same address?

It would not suprise me if she did something wrong but it needs to be a stupid free service for it to work for the agents I deal with. Not that they are stupid it just needs to be as simple as opening an email.

We always called in sailor proofing.  If you can sailor proof something, its damn near indestructible and a monkey could do it.  lol
