TOPIC: Request For Repairs

I currently use ISN for my business management and communication. The realtors that have attempted to use the Request For Repairs feature seem to struggle with it. The main issue they have is not being able to select items from my report that are not in the summary. For example, missing screens or burned out bulbs do not make it into my report summary but some agents want to request those items be corrected and they are unable to do so. Does HIP office have a more user friendly Request For Repairs generator? Is there a better way to utilize ISN?
