Hi Dominic,
I wanted to Thank Wayne for saving my Business.  My computer went through a complete upgrade, and GEEK Squad could not fix it after 2 Techs and almost 12 hours later.  I called in Tech Support at HIP and Wayne called back.  He fixed my Problem within 5 minuets, and I was back in Business.  Thank you Wayne, You are Golden.
