Can anyone recommend a compact printer for on-site work?

Depends. Do you have a truck with a nice sized back seat? You could go the route of bringing an inkjet into the house, or printing from a nice color laserjet in your truck.

Drew - I use a full-sized printer on site. I bring it in a large duffel with my other tools. My computer has its own bag. I found that the smaller printers used smaller cartridges and I was running out all the time. Many trips to the store later for more, I just went with the full-sized.

I went thru 3 HP 450 in about 2 years. Garbage printer. All had the same defect.
Would print fine for about 20 reports then would jam. Maybe there newer versions are better. |
