TOPIC: License Upload

Hey guys
I just got a new updated license for HIP and have a question. If I upload it (replace original license) will I lose my stuff (narratives, comments, sections)that I had built? If that's the case, how can I transfer/merge them over. I don't want to loseanything. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

No. The license doesn't have anything to do with your template. It only affects your name, company name and other info on your Company Information screen. You will need to set what template you want to open by default as well.

Of course we always recommend a program like DropBox or Carbonite to back up at all times as well!

Thanks Dom. So I do that under the upload license, than "Replace Current License" and I should be good?

Yup, then update the rest of Company Information and close completely out of HIP. Then reopen it.
