TOPIC: Recall Chek Question

I had a recent client ask how to add her dishwasher to the recall program and I didnt know how to answer that. I  am  under the impression that they are sent a newsletter with that info in there, I havent seen the newsletter so I dont know.  Thanks.

Hi Gary-

The client can log in and add/change appliances off the link at the top left hand corner of the monthly recall update they get via email. You can see that update, and modify it's contents by searching the property and clicking on the RecallTrak preview.

You can modify the email by going to "marketing settings" and can adjust the content by month of the year or number of months from inspection. (I.e. you could put an annual maintenance inspection offer into the 11th month from inspection email, or put links to sign up for your Homeowners Network if you're a part of that)
