Does anyone have a good source for illustrations? I use them in my reports and have noticed some of you folks do the same. Does anyone have a good source good, simple illustrations???
Thanks, Tim |

Like David, I have researched and purchased numerous illustration guides / CD's / and files. Check "Craiglook.com" It is a site that searches and compiles items for sale on ALL Craigslists nationwide. You would be surprised at how many home inspectors go out of business and sell their stuff on Craigslist.
What it comes down to it these are tools. I know it can be expensive to start this business but tools are a personal thing. As a professional, these tools should be part of your inventory. There is nothing worse than having to spend time trying to find an illustration in the middle of trying to finish a report. The list that David put out is a good one. Borrowing an illustration for a last minute report can be great, but in the long run, spend the bucks and get a couple sets. Good luck. |

There is nothing sweeter than the smell of fresh cut grass on a baseball infield, the click of a wooden bat and the taste of a hot dog at a warm sunny daytime double-header.

Agreed. I don't mind spending the money if I know what I'm getting. What I don't like is buying something and it's useless. I'm we've all done it.
