TOPIC: Foreclosure Renovation

As far as getting in with the banks or mortgage companies: I got lucky. They contacted me to inspect the house since they do not have an office in Illinois. They wanted to fix the house and actually wanted me to be the project manager and make sure that the job got done, you know, just be their eyes and ears. I looked at all the bids and none of them really itemized what they would do. So, I asked if I could put in a bid and they liked it and I got the job. Anyways I am about to post the images of the completed project. We finished last month, but I have just been too busy to post, but they are going up tonight.

Here are the final images. we regraded around the whole house, removed the pool, which was built about 3 feet into the ground with a deck around it. We had enough dirt after regrading to fill in the hole, about 40 yds.
