I'm bringing on a new inspector to help with business. I'm at the point where I have no down time; business is better than ever. My question(s) are for those of you who have grown from a single inspector to a multi-inspector shop. Any recommendations?

1. How did you figure the pay for your new inspector?
2. What expectations did you give them for culitivating new business?
3. What check/balances did you put in place for their performance?
4. Etc...
I have my own ideas/answers to the above but would like your input and advice. If you'd like to share your insight privately, you can email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. That way I can have an ongoing conversation too.

I really appreciate any help and feedback.

Regards.
