TOPIC: Rate my site

Ok hello all.
I would like critizism/comments about my site. Ive had it up about 3 months and since Im always staring at it
not sure what works and what doesnt.
Ive got my thoughts but would really like more opinions.

Todd, I like it.  It is clean and easy to navegate which I like.  It is along the same theory as my site.

You stare at that thing long enough and after a while your not sure what your seeing.
Good to hear I might be on the right track.

Believe me I understand.  I designed my site from scratch and work on it basically everyday.  Always tweaking something and constantly working on search engine crap.  My wife calls it my work in progress and there really is no end to it...

yea same here. Everyday I try to do something with it. Im constantly amazed how much there is to do.

Todd, a couple things I noticed:

1)  You misspelled the word "Mitigation" here:  "including 4 point and wind midigation and  pool and spa inspections."

2)  Make sure you check all your punctuation.  Lots of missing apostrophes and commas in the italicized section.

3)  Misspelling:  "Licensing requiremrnts include"

4)  "Im not a franchise. If you need a question answered, its me. If you have a problem, its me. Need rescheduled? Is me. I can be flexable and responsive to your needs." - Not sure if you want to reword this or not.  Maybe "Need to reschedule?" would be better.  "Is" should be "It's" and "flexable" should be "flexible".

Don't take this as picking your site apart!  I know how it goes; only so many lines of text can be scanned before you start to go loopy!  I used to proofread papers in college, so it's kind of a habit for me.  Otherwise, the site looks very good, nice and clean.
