When Writing A Report for a client that found you their own searching on the net and not the Realtor do you add the realtors name to the report?  I mean after I got the job directly with the client, he did tell me the realtors name and of course I do want to try to get in with this new realtor so my question is do I add the agents name to the report?

Thanks

Jim

Sure, why not? They are part of the transaction. I know Stephen Stanczyk doesn't ever add them but he's the only one I know of and I'm not sure why (I'm sure he told me, I just don't remember). You don't send the report to the agent without permission though.
