OK if anyone has a good PRE-INSPECTION AGREEMENT they would be willing to share that would be great.  Or do people use the hip one in the script?  or from NACHI  or what is the best way to go with this?

The one in the program is good, InterNACHI has their own as do most associations. Just pick one and modify to your liking. Have an attorney review it if you can in case anything specific in your area should be added.
