Joe, it is guaranteed that the ones I worked on in the 1960's are not galvanized and bet you they are not rusted like that. No pressure treated plates back then, and sill seal was batt insulation. The use of galvanized bolts is not that old.
Sure would be nice to have an archive of old Code Books for us all that are curious about those things, wouldn't it.?
